They made it more visual in order to get people immersed into the story and used funny actors to depict a situation that is, in reality, serious and rather depressing.
Explaining how a bad credit score can interfere with your plans and prevent you from enjoying reasonable interest rates on your loans, the FreeScore commercial manages to stay entertaining. The idea with the police line is very inspired because it captures the essence of what FreeScore can do for its clients, by identifying issues with their credit scores. Finding the roots of the issue and addressing the underlying cause is what they promise and although for the untrained eye, the tricky credit score might be difficult to spot, they have no problem in singling it out.
The FreeScore commercial shouldn’t be dismissed or condemned for making fun of shorter people, because the situation and characters are presented in a funny manner. Frankly, the one depicting the bad credit score is the most loveable character in the advertisement.
