The West coast is an excellent holiday destination for everybody, but for gay people, especially this part of the country is a very good choice. From San Francisco to Los Angeles, there are many coffee shops, hotels and gay bars that will please even the most savvy tourists. While the location and design of these bars and restaurants is quite appealing, what makes them special is the lively crowd. People come here to have fun and San Francisco, Castro Area is becoming for at least a week each year the capital of entertainment.
To make sure that you won’t miss a thing and you’ll have a pleasant stay, don’t forget to book a room in one of the many hotels. Just like in the San Diego Hillcrest Area during the San Diego Pride, rooms are hard to find, and it’s not a wise idea to come here unprepared, hoping for the best. Coffee shops and gay bars are open all night long so, even if you visit without prior planning and fail to find a vacant room, you’ll still have a lot of fun.
Interesting enough, the same can’t be said about the Las Vegas Area, where despite the local attractions and the numerous vacant rooms in hotels, the atmosphere is less exciting. The reason is the absence of the people to light up the night and generate the same spark as in the San Diego Hillcrest Area. Not even in New York City you’ll be able to have as much fun as on the West coast, even though there are some excellent gay bars and restaurants worth visiting.
